Alvian Limited provide products and services to the play and leisure industry including the supply and Installation of play areas.
Having previously worked with Alvian they approached us to assist them with the design of a number of play area projects. In addition they wanted someone they could work with to design and supply them with a number of items including play area signage, promotional banners and help them develop new products.
Play Area Signage
600mm x 600mm Composite Signage for use in a play area designed to meet their client’s needs including working to brand guidelines and a picture drawn by a local resident.
The signage has to meet a number of safety requirements and include site specific information.
Promotional Banner
Alvian sponsor a national motocross rider and as a part of this arrangement had agreed to supply them with a banner to advertise their various sponsors. Jaam design agreed to assist them in this process of supporting the rider and provided them with a 3m x 1m PVC banner printed on both sides.
Play Area for Sherborne Town Council
Alvian were approached by their local authority to provide them with designs and products for a play area.
Jaam design worked closely with their client and other interested parties creating detailed proposals, designs and presentations.
Jaam design also designed a number of bespoke products for this site which Alvian are keen to use in future projects, these include the role play Jeep / truck and the bespoke climbing rocks and nets.
After being awarded the project, Jaam Design assisted Alvian on site including liaising with a number of installers and contractors, assisting in the setting out of the site and being on site on a number of occasions assisting with the installation.
Climbing Stones
As a part of the Sherborne project Jaam design sourced a company that could build bespoke rocks on site to form a new and climbing rock structure.
Using experience gained working with similar products we were able to come up with a design that provided their client with value for money and a unique bespoke climbing combination.
Alvian and Jaam design are now working together to develop this range into a group of products unique to the play and leisure industry.
Play Equipment
Using a trade only supplier Jaam design came up with a bespoke design for a role play Jeep / truck.
We worked closely with the client and the manufacturer to create a product unique to this site and Alvian now hope to use this design and process to create a range of similar products.
Playground Markings
Jaam Design was approached by a client to source a supplier of Thermoplastic Playground Markings something that Alvian provide a lot of clients.
Together we provided the client with a proposal on budget and installed in a timely manner.
